After mounting the SnapOS server using OS X 10.x.x, the drive cannot be accessed

Version 1

After mounting the SnapOS server using OS X 10.x.x, the drive cannot be accessed.

    ---Solution---

In some instances the '%rootinfo' file in the .AppleFileFolder under the share will need to be removed to clear the cache file.  An example path will be <SnapServer>\SHARE1\.AppleFileFolder\%rootinfo.<b

The '%rootinfo' can be deleted using a FTP client with the Snap Server's Administrator login. Please note, to use this method to delete the '%rootinfo'file, you will need to have the FTP Server function enabled on the Snap Server.

An alternative method is to a Windows PC mapping a drive to the share with folder options to "view all hidden files and folders" enabled.  After the drive is mapped to the Snap Server by Windows, the location of the '%rootinfo' is:<br><br><SnapServer>\SHARE1\.AppleFileFolder\%rootinfo
