    If you are unable to log into your SnapSever's web interface, there are several possible options to fix it:
                   

    1.     If this is this a brand new unit during its initial setup, please contact Overland Storage Technical Support for assistance.

     

    2.     Have you just upgraded your unit?

     

    Please obtain a 9-pin Serial Null Modem cable, connect the SnapServer to another computer, and then contact Overland Storage Technical Support for assistance.

     

    3.     If you are seeing a specific error type please try the following solutions:

     

    Http errors

    i. Restart your SnapServer by quickly pressing and releasing the power button.

    ii. Check Network Connectivity.

    iii. Then contact Overland Storage Technical Support for assistance.

     

    Java errors

    i. Restart your SnapServer by quickly pressing and releasing the power button.

    ii. Then contact Overland Storage Technical Support for assistance.

     

    Password fails

    i. Reset the SnapServer by pressing the reset button with a paperclip.

    ii. Then contact Overland Storage Technical Support for assistance.
