    Using the Web UI of your server go to the following page:  http://snap_ip/admin/debug.cgi and type the following command: syswrapper Hit ok and a .tgz file will be generated, save the link to that file and send it to tech support upon their request. On the latest Guardian OS you can do this process by an automated system, called the "Phone Home". Under Maintenance \ Support page of the Web UI. This option will automatically create a syswrapper and email it to Adaptec support. Phone home support interacts with two fields on the System > E-mail Notification screen: (1) To use phone home support, you must enter a valid SMTP server IP address on the E-mail Notification screen; and (2) the first e-mail address listed in the Recipient(s) field populates the Admin E-mail Address field on the Support screen. Complete the following fields as appropriate and click Send.
