Backup or restore operations intermittently but consistently fail.
SnapServer 500/600 series product with a direct SCSI attached tape library solution. Tech support have identified this problem in conjunction with Arcvault and NEOs libraries specifically at this time but it will most likely affect other manufacturer's products as well.
Use the attached document to remotely connect to the customer's system and reconfigure the server or if the customer is confident provide the customer with the document.
Please ensure that every incident of this issue is reported to the Snap Escalation team. At this time there is no permanent fix for this problem and it will only get fixed in the event there are enough customer cases being escalated.
