    ---Solution---

One may notice a significant gap in time between syslog.txt.1 and syslog.txt. Under the following conditions, all previous entries in syslog.txt will be removed and new entries will populate.

    1) The GuardianOS server is running version 3.1.079.
    2) Syslog.txt has grown to over 1MB in size.
    3) The server is powered on or restarted while syslog.txt is over 1MB.

The condition described above has been addressed and corrected in the 3.2 release of GuardianOS.
