How to collect logs for Technical Support for FCO3 and GEOi2

Version 1

    - Telnet into the IP address of the FCO3 or GEOI2 card using Hyperterminal.
    (login and password are the same as the web interface)

    - On the menu bar choose Transfer then choose capture text and use a file name and path to be able to fin d the file later.

    - Run each of these commands:
    - Info
    - DumpConfiguration
    - DumpTraceLog
    - DumpEventLog

    - On the menu bar choose Transfer then choose capture text and Stop.

    - Send the saved file to the requesting tech support agent.
